Trapped

This morning, I awoke to find the church surrounded by those shadow men. They were all holding these weapons made of the same darkness they seemed to be partially composed of. There were at least a dozen of them. I'm a decent swordswoman, but I didn't like those odds. So I took refuge in the caverns beneath the trapdoor, hoping they wouldn't find me there.
I could here them entering the church and moving around up there. they were getting close, and I drew Caledfwlch, preparing to make a stand there. That's when the ground beneath me collapsed, and I fell. I fell for a while, before landing in these even deeper caves.
So now I'm stuck down here. There's tunnels branching off in different direction, but I don't know if they'll lead to an exit or if I'll have enough food to last me. I'll have to start moving though. Those men could still be after me.

More of them

That man from before isn't alone. I saw another man like him, with a body partly composed of shadow. I think he might have seen me. I'm not sure though. Either way, I'm not leaving this church now. I'm going to avoid them for as long as I can. Hopefully my food supply will last.

Shadows

I got a closer look at the man from before. He's not human. His skin... it looks like its partly composed of some kind of living darkness. I think it will be a good idea to avoid him for now.
I've also explored what's under the trap door. It seems to just be a circular cavern. Not much to it. No secret tunnels or anything that I can find. Although, I did see a broken pedestal in the center of the cave. It looks like it was cleaved in two with some kind of blade. But it's solid stone. Whoever did this would have to be insanely strong.

Trap Door

There's someone else in this city. I've only seen them from a distance, but I don't think they've seen me. They're dressed in odd black clothing. I'm not sure if I want to meet them up close. In other news, I've found a hidden trap door behind the church's podium. It leads into some kind of underground cave. I'll explore it later.

Church

I've found an old church that I'm staying in. There's a gas station nearby, that I can get some food from, but I don't know how long it'll stay there. This damn city changes so much...

I'll update if anything happens. So far, nothing much has.
